Are chives ok to eat on the low FODMAP diet?Updated a month ago
There are a few ingredients that work in place of onion and garlic, including the green parts of spring onions and leeks. However the most practical is chives which have been lab tested by Monash University as low in FODMAPs, and which add an oniony flavour with a hint of garlic.
