Are Field Doctor meals low residueUpdated a month ago
There isn’t a single definition of a low residue diet, but it generally refers to a low-fibre diet with softer textured foods, like cooked vegetables instead of raw, and nut butters instead of whole nuts.
None of our meals are specifically low residue, as we use lots of high-fibre, wholefood ingredients like wholegrains and pulses. However, you can filter our meals to show those with the lowest fibre content. These are usually from our smaller meals range, which contain around 5–7g of fibre per meal.
