Are your meals suitable for someone with kidney disease or a renal friendly diet?Updated 7 days ago

There’s no single diet for kidney disease - what you can and can’t eat may change over time depending on your kidney function and medical advice. For example, you may be advised to limit foods that are high in:

  • Protein
  • Potassium
  • Phosphorus
  • Sodium (salt)

A kidney specialist dietitian can help you understand which foods (if any) you need to limit.

If you don’t have any specific restrictions and are following a healthy, balanced diet, our Heart Healthy range could be a good fit.

A few other things to note:

  • Our standard-size meals contain around 1.7g of salt per serving.
  • Our smaller meals contain around 1.1–1.3g of salt per serving. You can view these on our menu.
  • Our main meals from the heart healthy range contain between 17 and 31g of protein per meal. You can sort meals by protein content from high to low using the protein filter on the left-hand side of the menu.
