Do you make meals suitable for a low-histamine diet or for someone with histamine intolerance?Updated 7 days ago
We don’t currently cater for a low-histamine diet. This is something we’d love to develop in the future, but there are a few challenges involved. One of the biggest is that there isn’t consistent data on histamine levels in foods - and these levels can change depending on how food is stored and processed.
That said, you can explore our menu filters to see if any meals might work for you if you know which ingredients you’re sensitive to. So, for example you can filter out dishes that contain yeast, tomato, or soy.
To explore this, click the “Filters, Goals & Conditions” button at the top left of our menu page to see what ingredients and allergens you can exclude.
You can also click “Show ingredients list” under Extra settings to view all ingredients in each meal.
We’re keeping a close eye on new research into low-histamine diets and will share updates as we have them. In the meantime, you might find this blog helpful:
