Can I cancel my order?

If you have placed an order and it has been billed either via our checkout or your subscription, it's not too late to cancel unless the order has been sent to our picking team.

The order is sent to our picking team 2 days before it is due to arrive, so as long as you log in to your account before then you will be able to cancel it and get a refund before then.

How do I cancel my order?

To cancel your order, login to your account using the email you placed the order with on our website. You can login to your account here: www.fielddoctor.co.uk/account

Once you have logged in to your account, you can find your order at the top of the page under the order in progress heading.

On the order, you can click the delay or cancel button, where you can select the cancel option.

Refunds can take up to 5 working days to reach your account.
