If you need to cancel your subscription, you can login to your account area using the email you used to order with.
From there, you will be able to cancel any order that has been created by your subscription or cancel your subscription itself.
Refunds can take up to 5 working days to process.
Is my subscription cancelled?
Once your subscription is cancelled, it will disappear from the next order page in your account area. You will receive an email confirmation up to 1 hour after you cancel to confirm cancellation.
Can't see any subscriptions?
Make sure the email you are logged in with is exactly the same as the email address on your order confirmation email that we sent when you first ordered. If you are still unable to see your subscriptions once trying to login again then our team are happy to help get this sorted on your behalf.
