I have IBD / Inflammatory Bowel Disease (Crohn's or Ulcerative Colitis) - can you help?
We don't have a specific meal plan for IBD, as dietary advice can vary depending on whether you're in a flare or remission, any specific triggers or intolerances you have, and whether there are any strictures or narrowing in your bowel.
We do have a great guide to diet and IBD written by an IBD specialist dietitian which might help you choose meals:

Where no specific diet has been recommended by your medical team or dietitian, working towards a Mediterranean style diet when you are in remission can be helpful. Here's a link to our Mediterranean range with fibre content shown:

If you have ongoing symptoms in remission with overlapping IBS, a low FODMAP diet can be helpful. Our low FODMAP range is here:

You can also adjust the menu for ingredients you'd like to exclude - such as chilli - using the filter button on the top left hand side the menu.
Lastly, we'd always recommend following the advice of your specialist dietitian or healthcare team. If they’ve given you any specific advice, feel free to get in touch.
