What is a subscription?
Our subscription service is created to make life easier and allow you to receive recurring deliveries of our meals. It’s up to you to decide what frequency best suits your needs/lifestyle with a £47.50 minimum order value.

We make it simple for you to change the frequency, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time.

How do I start a subscription?
Choose your meals, and then pick your subscription frequency on the review your order page.

Select your delivery date using our date picker in the review your order page.

When will my subscription reprocess?
After your first order, your subscription will reprocess at your chosen frequency, with deliveries repeating on the same day of the week you chose for the initial delivery.

How do I edit my meals?
To edit your meals, you can click the link in the email we send before your next order processes, or sign in to your account and click next order.

Once your order has processed, it will be received by our picking team and we are unable to edit your meals.

Please make any changes at least 2 days before your delivery date. We'll send you a reminder email 4 days before your delivery date.

When will my delivery be?
Your delivery will be within 48 hours of your reprocessed order confirmation email. Look out for your timeslot email from the courier on the day of your delivery.

How do I pause my subscription or edit my payment details / order frequency?
To update your payment details, change your frequency, pause or cancel your subscription, you can login to your account area by clicking here.
