Which of your meals would be suitable for a low GL diet?Updated a month ago

Glycaemic Load (GL) is a way of measuring how much a food affects blood sugar levels, based on both the type and amount of carbohydrates it contains.

Our meals are based on low-GI (glycaemic index) foods, like wholegrains and pulses, in balanced portions. Lots of our meals are also high in protein, which helps regulate blood sugar responses.

If you’re looking for lower-carbohydrate meals (which would have less impact on blood sugars), our Lean & Lighter range has fewer than 40g of carbohydrates per serving. It’s also helpful to remember that blood sugar responses to meals can be impacted be various factors including sleep, stress, and exercise—so you might experience difference responses to the same meal
